wellness Coaching Sessions

Transformation only occurs from within; you cannot force it, it requires patience and surrender to something greater than your physical being. With wellness coaching sessions, you will learn how to change behaviors that are preventing you from being where you want to be. We will identify subconscious and conscious blocks that hold you back from being the best version of you. With a focus on SMART goal-setting, as well as language and manifestation techniques, you will learn how to move past blocks and practice new routines, leading to healthy habits. (Minimum 8 sessions required).
