About

Hello Beautiful Soul,

My name is Jenaé Kama, and I’ve been interested in human behavior since I was a small child. I was the kid that wanted everyone to get along, that didn’t like leaving others out, and cared deeply about playing fair. I grew up in a family filled with love, I experienced immense loss in my prime teenage years, and paved my own path by following my gut instincts. In early adulthood, I studied psychology at UCLA with aspirations of getting into a helping profession. After graduating with a BA in Psychology, I spent several years working in hospitality management. Simultaneously, I dove deep into spiritual pursuits and learning to discern my ego from intuition. I received my Health and Wellness Coaching Certification from MindBodyGreen in 2024. My passion is assisting others in transforming by learning how to accept themselves fully, express their most authentic self, and get real about behavior change. To achieve this, I use spiritual techniques, mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry, all while understanding the transtheoretical model of change.

about my services

Workshops are group-format, taking one topic and honing in on the ways in which we can improve a specific area of our lives.

Wellness coaching sessions are personalized; you will tell me where you currently see yourself and where you want to be. I'll help you identify patterns and habits that are preventing you from reaching your goals, then I'll help pull out what is already there! You are the expert of your life. With SMART goal setting, I will help you set achievable goals and hold you accountable for them. You will create change and break through blocks.

The coaching intensive is a deep dive; we will do all steps in the wellness coaching sessions while spending extra time on finding forgiveness and grace. This is for the person who wants to shift their entire persona and outlook. The result will be a shifted perspective, deep spiritual connection, and more joy.
